Today is National Cheesecake day...
I can't say that cheesecake is my favorite desert of all time... if I order desert, which is extremely rare, I never get cheesecake. I find it to heavy... but I do love the "fake" cheesecake deserts that you can make with the vanilla wafer cookie, cheesecake like mixture and then topped with cherry pie filling... Yum!
